Our Aerial Yoga Therapeutics training is designed to meet you where you are and support you in developing the skills most relevant to your practice. You don’t have to complete every level—your pathway will depend on your experience, professional background, the people you work with and the depth of knowledge you’re looking to develop.
Our three progressive training levels take you from foundational aerial skills through to advanced therapeutic application, with flexible options for online learning, virtual mentorship, in-person intensives, small-group training and individual mentoring.
Level 1 — Aerial Essentials 50H
Build a strong foundation in aerial practice, teaching skills, safety and fundamental movement principles. An ideal starting point for those new to aerial yoga or wanting to establish a confident teaching foundation.
Level 2 — Advanced Aerial 50H
Develop your teaching repertoire and deepen your understanding of aerial movement, sequencing, adaptation and application. This level builds on your foundational skills and supports you to work with greater confidence and versatility.
Level 3 — Aerial Yoga Therapeutics 100H
Take your knowledge into a more specialised therapeutic framework. Explore how aerial techniques can be adapted to support different bodies, needs and populations, with a stronger focus on therapeutic application and clinical considerations.
The three levels can be completed progressively to form our 200H Aerial Yoga Therapeutics certification, or you can select the levels most appropriate to your professional goals.
Your journey might begin with the foundations and progress through all three levels, or you may only need a particular stage of training to complement the work you already do.
