Whether you’re a movement teacher, health professional, Pilates or yoga educator, or looking to deepen your therapeutic movement skills, Creative Body Flow offers a flexible pathway into Aerial Yoga Therapeutics.
Your training begins with a conversation in a Discovery Call. We’ll explore your professional background, the population you work with, your goals and the type of teaching you want to offer. From there, we’ll recommend the most appropriate training level and learning pathway for you.
Our training can support aerial movement for health professionals, including Pilates teachers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other qualified movement and allied health practitioners.
You may choose to learn through:
- Online and virtual learning
- In-person intensives
- Small-group training
- Individual mentoring
- Or a combination of these formats
Our three certificate levels provide a progressive pathway from foundational aerial skills through to advanced therapeutic application.
Level 1 Aerial Essentials 50H → Level 2 Advanced Aerial 50H → Level 3 Aerial Yoga Therapeutics 100H
Each level builds on the previous one, developing your knowledge of aerial hammock exercise, therapeutic movement science and safe application. Together, the three levels can be completed as a comprehensive 200H Aerial Yoga Therapeutics certification.
For qualified practitioners, our specialised pathway explores applications including aerial hammock applications for rehabilitation and aerial movement for neurodiversity, alongside other therapeutic and special-population applications.
Your recommended pathway depends on who you work with, what you want to teach and the depth of knowledge you need. For some practitioners, Levels 1 and 2 may provide exactly what they need. Others may choose to progress to Level 3 to develop their skills in therapeutic aerial movement and working with specific populations.
Book a Discovery Call today and we’ll help you determine the right level, format and learning pathway — whether that’s virtual, in-person, group, individual or a combination.
Learn what you need. Build from there. Go as far as your practice requires.
