Our Level 1 Aerial Essentials Teacher Training equips you with the skills and knowledge to confidently lead safe, effective aerial hammock classes. You'll master techniques that enhance natural movement, promote relaxation, and create a unique sensory experience for your students. Learn to apply gravity-assisted and resisted techniques, traction, and inversions to support joint and organ health.

Course Structure

Pre-requisite 20H Online Theory: Covers the history of aerial yoga, movement principles, instructor ethics, online manual (print available on request), workbook and video library demonstrating safe facilitation of 60+ exercises. You'll have access to course theory content for six months from day of enrollment so you can self-pace your way through.

3 day Practical Training: The immersive 3-day practical training develops confident, safe and progressive aerial delivery through individualised hands-on instruction in set-up, cueing, spotting, movement sequencing. Emphasis is placed on skill integration, adaptability and ethical application across group and one-on-one environments.
