Our Level 1 Aerial Essentials Teacher Training equips you with the skills and knowledge to confidently lead safe, effective aerial hammock classes. You'll master techniques that enhance natural movement, promote relaxation, and create a unique sensory experience for your students. Learn to apply gravity-assisted and resisted techniques, traction, and inversions to support joint and organ health.

Aerial Essentials 50H Course Structure:

• 20H Online Theory: Covers the history of aerial yoga, movement principles, safe facilitation of 60+ exercises, and instructor ethics. You'll have access to recorded sessions and course content for six months from enrollment.
• 30H Practical Training: Choose from in-person immersion, an 8-week virtual mentor program, or a self-study option (accelerator path) for those with prior learning.

In-Person Immersion Practical Training 26-27 September 2024 | BRISBANE

Perfect for those with an existing aerial hammock practice who prefer immersive, group learning. Held at Total Fusion, Morningside, Brisbane, this 2-day program includes:

• 16 hours of in-person mentoring and peer group practicums
• 8 hours of independent review and teaching practice (with video resources)
• 6 hours allocated for assignments

Note: Accommodation, transport and meals must be arranged independently. Once enrolled we connect you to your private FACEBOOK group so you may coordinate planning with other participants if you wish.
