We offer a flexible approach, with options for both intensive virtual mentorship and immersive in-person training. If you’ve missed our Level 1 & 2 intakes, don’t worry—there’s still an exciting opportunity to complete your pre-requisite training and join our Level 3 in November this year! We’re offering an exclusive Level 3 accelerator self-study option, with a prelimiary immersive weekend experience in Tamborine Mountain on October 26-27th prior to the Level 3 Nov 1 - 4th in-person or live-streamed event in Brisbane.

What can I teach after completing Aerial Essentials 50H Program?

You will safely be able to teach foundational classes in aerial yoga with a curriculum of over 60 aerial exercises.

How will completing the 200H program benefit my studio or clinic revenue?

After completion of the full 200hr Program, alongside your group class offerings, you will also be able to offer Therapeutic sessions using the aerial hammock within your professional scope. Therapeutic sessions can be successfullly delivered in individual, duo or trio format as a complimentary service to incorporate with other modalities in your clinic/studio. This offers commercial viability in several ways, firstly it gives a point of difference by offering clients access to a unique healing modality that can support them during periods of rehabilitation and assist in injury prevention. Secondly, it enhances the personalized feel clients receive which can increase return and loyalty. Thirdly, it utilises ‘dead time’ as these sessions can service a population willing to make time for sessions outside of the peak-time class schedule.

Who will benefit most from attending the Level 2 and Level 3 Training?

This training is ideal for:

Innovative exercise-based health profressionals and diverse movement instructors looking to harness the therapeutic benefits of the aerial hammock and adopt trauma-sensitive techniques.

Mental health professionals and occupational therapists aiming to incorporate a somatic approach to aid in sensory and emotional regulation.

I’m interested in taking the course but don’t intend to teach. Is this allowed?

Absolutely! Many people enjoy this education pathway for the purpose of their own personal development.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

You will have access to each course for 6 months from the course commencement date. You can opt to pay a minimal one-time fee of AUD $300 for an additional 6 months of access.

How do I complete my practicum assessment?

Practical skills are evaluated through a two-step process:

Video Submission: After honing your skills, you'll record yourself teaching an 8min exercise sequence. This video is then submitted for assessment in a virtual reveiw.

Virtual Review: Scheduled within a month following in-person training or during the final weeks of our virtual mentor program, this review is a dedicated session to discuss your submitted video and provide constructive feedback. Attandance is mandatory for assessment completion. Individual reveiws require an additional fee of AUD $200.
